strategicbusinessbuilding hopes that you will be 100% satisfied with your items.
All items are 40% cashmere, 15% silk, 15% lambswood and 30% mix (unless otherwise stated), which makes them tougher and machine washable.
The friction of wear causes tiny balls of fluff to form on new knitted garments. Regular washing will help to prevent pilling. We recommend de-pilling an item before washing using a Cashmere Comb. Glide it, gently but firmly, over the affected area to remove the pill balls. Once they are all removed, wash it as instructed. So, wash it, wear it, comb it.
Regular hand washing is a great way to clean cashmere/silk. Just follow these simple steps: Soak items in soapy, lukewarm water for five minutes, and then gently ‘squeeze’ to let the suds soak through the fibres. Rinse in lukewarm water using the same gentle squeezing action – never wring cashmere -until the water is clear. Roll the garment in a towel and press to remove excess moisture and speed drying. Lay it flat to dry, out of sunlight. Re-shape whilst damp, taking special care, as wet fibres can stretch out of shape.
strategicbusinessbuilding’s garments wash well in most machines that have delicate cycles. Pop them into a laundry bag or pillow case, knotted and temperature should be set no higher than 30°c. Re-shape the garment whilst damp and dry flat, out of direct sunlight. It is better not to use fabric conditioner.
